Ek het hierdie hemp vrygestel om diversiteit te waardeer. Ek het die hemp ontwerp as 'n roombruin en 100% katoen. 

Diversiteit is 'n belangrike konsep wat ons as 'n samelewing dikwels as vanselfsprekend aanvaar. Die belangrike deel van die mensdom is ons eie diversiteit, aangesien diversiteit en verskeidenheid ons as individue skei. Individue is dikwels geneig om ander te mishandel en teen hulle te diskrimineer as gevolg van hul diversiteit, maar hoekom kan ons nie net diversiteit waardeer nie? Daar is egter 'n vreemde paradoks in die samelewing. Mense wat diversiteit teenstaan, dra steeds by tot 'n diversiteit in... menings. Tog bevorder dit nie 'n ware diversiteit in mense nie, maar benadeel dit eerder. 

Hierdie hemp dien as 'n herinnering dat die waardering van ons verskille bydra tot diversiteit, wat lei tot 'n meer inklusiewe wêreld.

How Preorders Work

Concealed releases products through a preorder system, meaning items are not kept in stock. All pieces are produced specifically for each customer after the preorder window closes.

This allows us to maintain quality and reduce waste.

We plan on switching to using a stock system when the company is bigger.

Estimated Timeline

Because preorder items are made-to-order, shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

General Timeline

  • Production: Typically 4–10 weeks after preorder closes
  • Shipping (after production):U.S.: 3–7 business daysInternational: 7–21 business days

If delays occur due to production or supply chain issues, we will notify you by email.

Order Updates

You will receive updates at key stages:

  • Preorder confirmation
  • Production start
  • Production finish
  • Shipment with tracking

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update.

Orders With Multiple Items

Orders containing both preorder and ready-to-ship items will be shipped together once all pieces are ready.
If you want items shipped separately, contact us—additional shipping charges may apply.

Address Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
Concealed is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Concealed is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If a package is lost in transit, contact us so we can assist with a carrier claim.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

Import taxes, duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

Concealed — Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window

Concealed accepts returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unaltered
  • Free of stains, smells, or damage
  • In original packaging (tags included)

Preorder Returns

Although Concealed uses a preorder / made-to-order production system, customers may still return their preorder items once they receive them.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of its approval.

Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Worn or used items
  • Items with odors, stains, or damage
  • Final sale items (if you choose to offer them)
  • Gift cards or digital items

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A short description

We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We cannot refund orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
If your package is lost in transit (never delivered), contact us and we will help file a carrier claim.
